Planning, Organizing. Planning.

Today, I woke up at 8 am. Way too early, but it wasn't that bad because we did get home at around 12:30 last night and went to bed soon there after. Last night we ended up not going to Granada 10 because we were too tired and exhausted from the hiking, and instead we just went to Chupeteria 69 with the group. (The group did go to Granada 10 later in the evening). I did get a picture together with Michael and Rachael, the only one of the night for me!

Today when I woke up I decided to plan out what excursions I wanted to do on the cruise that I am going to take with my parents in March. It took me about 2 hours to figure it all out, from reading descriptions to typing it up on a Word document to make it easier for my parents to understand what I want to do :) Hopefully it works, crossing my fingers!

After I finished that, Rachael was waking up so we ate breakfast and then planned out EVERYTHING for our Italy trip.. in 2 days! AHH! We made a spreadsheet with anything you could possibly want to know. This is just a brief view of what it looks like!

After that, we ate lunch and took a siesta! When I woke up I Skyped Brynn, and it was really nice to catch up with her! When I think about being away from my friends and family for 5 months, it seems like a very long time, which it is, and it makes me miss them even more. I am excited to go home and live the American life again, and especially all the food cravings that I have! But until then, living the dream and experiencing Spain and Europe, one day at a time!

For the rest of the night, studying, studying, and more studying. My exam is tomorrow and I need to get a 7 out of 10 for it to transfer back as an A in Winona. After that, the week is smooth sailing for me!

** Because I will not be bringing my computer to Italy with me, I will not be updating my blog on a daily basis. I will be bringing a notebook and pencil, old school, to write down everything that we do, so I can remember. I will transfer everything to the blog ASAP. The pictures will be with it as well :)
