Today was a very quick day, school wise. I showed up to class, took my exam and left. The exam was pretty fair, but once again I wish I would have studied more.
When I got home I had to shave my legs, so they are all ready for shorts weather on the cruise! I then got more stuff ready for my luggage and hung out for a bit.
I met up with Asun today (my intercambio) and we went to the cafe Varagua and each got a chocolate milkshake. We talked in English and Spanish for an hour and a half and then I returned home. It was nice to talk with her and catch up on the happenings of her life and just to practice my Spanish. I enjoy doing intercambios because you get to know locals and meet new people, as well as practice your Spanish. I also think that they are fun and a good way to pass time :) Good memory maker!
After meeting with Asun I went home for lunch and ate with Rachael and Lineth. After lunch I crashed for 2 hours with a lovely and well deserved nap. When I woke up I showered and got ready for the day.
I got to Skype Brynn today too! She is the Wisconsin Dells with her family for her spring break. It was nice to see her because it had been a while since we had Skyped and because I won't be talking to her for the next week or so because I will not have internet on the cruise.
When I was finishing up Skyping Brynn, Rachael got home from class and then we hung out until dinner time. After dinner I packed up more; it seems like I never stop thinking of things that I need to bring!
Tonight I am going to try to relax my nerves and excitement for tomorrow and the coming up week! Less than 24 hours until I see my parents! :)
