Today started off like every Thursday with my Variedades class. We went over the book that we are reading, and then did review for the exam that is going to be on Tuesday.
After class I went to the computer lab and printed off my bus ticket and checked in for my plane ticket. I'm hoping that since I have my plane ticket printed off that I won't have to get my luggage weighed and I can use my rolling suitcase instead of my backpack. This will allow me to have more space, and I won't have to worry about my clothes becoming wrinkled either.
When I returned home I slept up until lunch time. It was wonderful to catch up on so much sleep. After lunch I hung out until 5, when I met Maggie and Michael to study for Islamic Culture. We went to a cafe about 2 blocks from where I live called Cafe & Te and I ordered a napolitana because I was craving something from a bakery and something with chocolate. Napolitanas are a baked dough with chocolate on the inside and covered in a glaze and then topped with sprinkles! It was my first time ordering one, and it definitely won't be the last time. Maggie said that they get that and other assortments of bakery items for breakfast everyday. I'm jealous!
We studied for an hour and half and the review session was very helpful. We decided that we will probably have to review again on the bus or in Sevilla this weekend.
After we finished up at the cafe, we went to Mercadona so I could buy my Rebuenas cookies for my parents and to get some cough drops for my sore throat. I also ended up getting chocolate because it was a really good deal!
The rest of the night I spent studying and on my computer. It's crazy to believe that midterms are already here in less than a week and spring break is right around the corner. It feels like we have just arrived and at the same time it feels like we have been here forever. It's confusing to understand, but those are the emotions that I am having.
Tomorrow we have Friday classes for Monday and Wednesday and I am not looking forward to it one bit. Hopefully it all goes smoothly :)
