The day started off very slowly. My first class is always a fun one though so that makes things a lot better. When I got home from class I had to hurry up and watch the season finale of the Bachelor so that I could talk about it with my parents.
As soon as I finished watching the Bachelor, my dad and mom called me on Skype. We had our usual gossiping about the show and then it was down to business. We had to plan out our meeting location in the airport in Barcelona, which is in 8 days! I also had to tell them everything that I needed for the vacation that is still in America. Lastly we talked about what we are going to be doing in Granada. My mom is the most excited to just be in the city where I am studying and to hang out! :)
After I finished up Skyping my parents I studied a bit and then we ate lunch. WHITE RICE! I love the white rice here. Mila cooks it with oil, or adds oil to it at the end, or something to make it very delicious! There was also a beef patty and vegetables, so it wasn't all rice, sadly :/
More studying occurred after lunch time, up until dinner time. I was going at it. I am nervous and worried for my tests because this weekend I am going to Sevilla and Cordoba and will have limited time to study.
Dinner time rolled around early and we ate Spanish tortillas! Those are always good, especially because we haven't had them in so long. When I finished up dinner I went to study some more but ended up looking up Packers draft stuff.
GOOD NEWS! (KIND OF) SAM SHIELDS GOT SECOND ROUND TENDER! So hopefully no other team wants him and then he can stay with the Packers. Everyone cross your fingers please :)
Later on in the evening I met up with Michael, Liz, Leah, and Maggie and went to Al Pan Pan Al Vino Vino for tapas! Once we got there, Amy eventually showed up and later so did Adam. Michael had planned this so we could all get out of the house and actually do a little something.
We ordered yogur mix, which is fries, cheese, ham and a yogurt sauce, and we also ordered chicken fingers with french fries and barbecue sauce. Both were amazing!
When I returned home I went to bed because it was around midnight. What a fun filled evening :)
